Pleasant warmth, aromatic steams and healthy mud masks set the scene in the sensual ADLER Sauna World. From the classic Finnish sauna with a view of the Dolomites to the refined floral steam bath in the rock grotto - our various products are sure to please and rejuvenate.

		Panorama Sauna Temperature: 85-90°C, humidity: 15%, stay: 2-3 session of 8-12 min, each followed by 20 min. of relax. The Finnish sauna offers a beautiful view of the Dolomites and is covered by a high-quality Canadian citron-wood, defined by Native Americans as "the tree of life" Effect: it reinforces the immunity defenses and the cardio-circular system and favors the metabolic functions and the detoxification.
		Bio hay sauna in the moutain hut Temperature: 50°C, humidity: 60%, stay: 2-3 sessions of 10-15 min. each followed by 20 min. of relax. The active principles of the hay diffuse a pleasant aroma inside the sauna, constructed with the beams of an Alpine mountain hut burned by the sun Effect: it purifies and regenerates the respiratory ways, melts muscular tensions and articular rigidities and reinforces the metabolism.
		Blossom steam bath in the grotto Temperature: 40°-45°C, humidity: 98%, stay: 2-3 sessions of 10-15 min., each followed by 20 min. of relax. Wonderful majolicas realized and hand-painted by the local artist Sabina Valazza confer elegance and charme to the atmosphere, in which you will be wrapped from delicate flower aromas. Effect: it purifies the respiratory ways and the skin, melts muscular tensions and frees from stress.
		Lady's sauna with lady's rose bath Temperature: 47°C, humidity: 70%, stay: 1-2 sessions of approx. 20 min., each followed by relax A mystical atmosphere created by high-quality majolicas of hand-made artscraft and a delicate scent of roses diffused with light vapor jets. Effect: it stimulates the blood circulation, frees from tensions, donates a sense of harmony and purifies the skin. After the sauna, in the realx zone, enjoy the "symhony of the senses", a play of water, scents, colours and sound.
		Oriental Rasul bath (extra charge) The fabulous magic of this ancient ceremony of beauty is based on an 1000 years old treament of the Persians. Several clays are applied on your body Effect: it purifies the skin, while you will be wrapped in delicate vapors.
		Subterranean salt lake sauna and rock salt grotto (extra charge) The beneficial effect of the naturale crystalline salt of the Himalayas is diffused in the atmosphere and together with the heat and the humidity it creates a particular healthy climate. In the warm water of the subterranean lake, enriched with salt of the Dead Sea, your body will float as if weightless, while a play of lights and sound will rock your senses. Effect: it donates a feeling of well-being and complete relax, purifies the respiratory ways and the skin.
		Kraxenofen (extra charge) "Kraxen" is the Tyrolean term indicating the basket peasants used to transport the hay down to town. The vapor jets pass through the hay, absorbing the most important principles. Effect: it purifies the respiratory ways, it acts on the back and the nape, melting muscular tensions and alleviating pains.
		Relax zone Enjoy precious moments in absolute tranquillity in our relax zones with panoramic view, after a sauna session or just to read a good book. Comfortable deck-chairs, relaxing music and lights invite you to "switch off" and dream.
		Panorma relax zone Our "room of silent" with a fantastic view to the "most beautiful mountains of the world". In the evening and on cold days a fire lights in the fireplace, diffusing its heat and creating a nice atmosphere. Pleasant couches and water beds kept at a moderate temperature so that you may abandon yourselves to the more complete relaxation.
